Hair pro, and Jessica's BFF, Ken Paves, used a curling iron on just the middle section of her hair, swiped in a smoother-- Garnier Fructis Style Sleek & Shine Smoothing Milk-- and finished with a blow-dryer blast for that bedhead look.
