when i was introduced to Global Goddess Beauty, it was on television, and i really enjoyed hearing from the line's creator, Shalini Vadhera. it was her desire to use ingredients that give women around the world great looking skin in her own products that caught my attention. it wasn't until just recently that i was given the opportunity to try them for the first time.
Global Goddess Beauty is a fabulous collection of everything you need, from cosmetics to skincare, to create a beautiful, unique and exotic look. the colors are high in pigment, universally appealing on any complexion, and the line offers core colors that target the tough "mid-range skin tone," including but not limited to s. asian, latina, middle eastern and mixed ethnicities. the delicious creme textures are as rich as the finest silk sari, enveloping the skin in first class luxury, while triple milled powders disappear quickly to an amazing finish. Global Goddess also tackles multi-cultural beauty challenges—from false lashes for enhancing asian eyes to brightening creams for under eye circles that plague darker skintones. every product has a specific destination to give the user the feeling of taking a world tour, all while applying makeup!
i have been using the Chai Cheek Color in Sattva, a deep rosy pink. this blush is soft sheer and adds a rosy glow mimicking darjeeling darlings. infused with ginseng and green tea, these colors not only add color to your face but help to calm, balance and fight off free radicals from the skin.
I-Divine Eyecolor is the "anti-aging warrior" infused with white tea. i love the high pigment and long lasting color of Teesta, a royal blue, that i use to line my eyes and give them a little something extra.
Cairo Eyes Liquid Kohl Eyeliner takes you on a journey to egypt, home of the eyeliner queen herslef, Cleopatra. this liner is infused with nourishing baobab oil and healing moringa oil. it's bottle looks fabulous on the sink and the liner itself is easy to apply and glides on easily.
