HiP high intensity pigments is a line we have all come to know that consists of eyeshadows, liners, lipcolor, glosses and mascaras all developed to deliver a bigger pigment punch. the eyeshadows alone rival MAC, and for the price, actually live up to the hype.
i have been using HiP eyeshadow duos for some time now, but recently i was sent a couple of their newer, Metallic duos. a little more shimmery, very luminescent, and definitely pigmented, these will be flying off the shelves!
