being thankful for little things comes more naturally for children. they are so happy if a butterfly flutters by them or they see a rainbow in the sky. the changing colors of the leaves is mesmerising, and being able to paint all day is "the best!"
i can at least say that is a fact with my own children.
just being able to run around at the park on a sunny day is enough to keep them happy for hours. i love to hear the sound of their laughter as they chase each other up and down the ladders and slides.
other things i'm thankful for today- sunshine, my friends, books, my computer and the fact that i have a warm bed to sleep in every night...
what are you thankful for?
xo
