march is nutrition month...


in 1973 The American Dietetic Association created Nutrition Month to promote healthy eating for everyone. use this month to learn more about nutrition and eating healthy foods.

forget about fad diets and "losing weight fast". stop eliminating entire food groups, and educate yourself on the beauty of eating a balanced variety of foods. read labels and remember that an occasional treat (like heart-healthy, antioxidant-rich dark choclate) is ok!
