fabulous news for the Revlon company:Revlon Inc. has named makeup artist Gucci Westman global artistic director, a new position at the cosmetics brand.
as part of a multiyear deal, Westman will advise the brand on product innovation and shade development, according to Revlon, and will work on-set with the brand's global ambassadors, a lineup that includes Halle Berry, Beau Garrett, Jessica Alba and Elle Macpherson.
Westman joined Lancome in 2003 and her first color collection, French Riviera, debuted in the spring of 2005. during her time with Lancome, she created eight color collections. her final two collaborations are the spring 2008 L.U.C.I. Color collection and the Thakoon Pout-รก-Porter lipstick.
i can't wait to see what she does with the Revlon brand. stay tuned...
