look of the day: the bubble dress

the term bubble dress sounds funny, doesn't it? but there is no need to be afraid of it. it is a hot look this season!

this halter-style, with a rhinestone neckline, makes this a make-anything-a-special-occasion dress. i love that it is almost a complete ensemble in one piece. add some shoes and pair of earrings, and you're good to go...
