Thakoon for Target

Thakoon was one designer (among many) whose collection wowed me during NY fashion week this past february.

Thakoon's aesthetic is so fresh and yet so reminiscent of old glamour. he uses modern shapes to bring new life to vintage-inspired prints, and keeps his pieces feminine and sleek.

i just found out a line for Target is in the works (i know, where have i been?)! the hope is that he will bring some of that sophisticated but wearable sensibility into what many refer to as the hit-or-miss Target Go International line.

i'm so excited, and just can't hide it!

ok, i'll stop singing now...

expect the Thakoon line to be launched some time in december.
