if you have dry hair, there is nothing better than finding a fabulous product that will keep it soft. shampoos can be drying, even if they are the moisturizing kind, but Aveda Dry Remedy Moisturizing Shampoo is so different!
when i used this for the first time, i seriously thought i was using the wrong product-- it was so creamy, and not lathering up! i looked at the tube i had used, and i wasn't using the wrong one, it was that the consistency was different than any other shampoo i had ever used. so, after putting more water (very important!) on my head, it began to lather up into a beautiful, foamy dream...
while i love the way it left my hair feeling after i rinsed it out, i wasn't too thrilled, at first, with the smell. although it does have a sweetness to it, the scent is more earthy and botanical-- which makes sense since the formula is plant-based-- so my floral-loving brain had to deal with it. obviously, i got over it!
i love Aveda Dry Remedy Shampoo...it's so moisturizing and leaves my hair feeling wonderful! buy it wherever Aveda is sold and on aveda.com

I also am a fan of this shampoo. Your so right about the smell...but the results you get after make the smell tolerable!
