Rose Byrne attended the Damages 2nd season premiere in new york, wearing a multi-coloured dress with tiered skirt. she complimented the dress by keeping her makeup more played down rather than doing something like trying to match her lipstick to a color in her dress (which can be ok sometimes, but doesn't work for everyone).
bold color in this darker-hued time of year looks cheerful and really lifts the mood. and don't be afraid to wear your spring dresses now! make it seasonally approriate by adding pieces like dark tights, chunky accessories, and sturdy hardware laden bags.
