Sephora by O.P.I How Many Carats? is a fun, shimmery white that goes on very well in just two coats. i love the clean look it adds to my nails and the hint of shimmer is fabulous!
all of the colors in the O.P.I for Sephora collection are amazing and inexpensive, so expect to see many more colors in future posts. :)
