everyday life can be full of stress, so i am all too familiar with the desire to want to relax. unfortunately, more often than not, time is very limited to decompress. thankfully, Bath & Body Works' new Stress Relief Body Wash & Foam Bath offers the opportunity to take a breather while i shower (while i'd love to take a bath, these days i don't really have the time).
while the aroma of lemongrass and cardamom soothes the senses, green tea extract gives skin some nourishment-- it's good to know i'm not the only multi-tasker in my house. :) it lathers up nicely and leaves my skin feeling soft. i'm left feeling more relaxed and ready to tackle whatever needs to be done.

I love almost all of B&BW's Aromatherapy line. I'm currently using their stress relief shampoo in Eucalyptus Spearmint, and it's just wonderful. It definitely helps to calm me down, and the scent is just lovely.
