i am a huge fan of using color to line my eyes, as you might have noticed by my photo, at right. there are many ways to achieve this look. with a colored liner, of course, and with eyeshadow and angled brush.
choose colors that are bold, never matching the color to your eyes. if you plan to wear a color in the same color family, choose a darker shade to really make your eyes "pop". smudge the pencil line to give it a smoother finish, or use a liquid for a bolder look. a thicker line works great for a bigger eyelid and thinner for smaller ones.
spring is all about color. have fun with it!
