i love high-waisted skirts, but feel everyone has to find the right cut for them. remember the rules for every trend: what looks good on her might not look good on you and vice versa.
if your heavier on top, don't wear the skirt right under your bust line and pair it with a looser fitting top to help balance out the look.
if you have a short torso, chances are, this look may not be for you.
do try to wear heels with high waisted skirts to elongate your legs.
