The application of the product is great. The first time I tried it it didn't cover my roots at all. I contacted them and they sent me a shampoo. Second time I tried it, it worked perfectly. I tried it again yesterday, and it didn't work again. Did not cover one root. I've been trying to call them, but they don't return my call. If it worked all the time I'd stick with it, but it's really a waste of $9.99 when it doesn't work all the time, and you can't contact them. I'm ticked off.
