it's everywhere.
it's not flattering, and yet i see it all the time. and not just on heavier body types, but on skinny girls too.
the thing that gets me the most about this epidemic is that it can be prevented!
it's the dreaded muffin top.
how to avoid it? find pants that don't dig in at the waist and cause the layer of skin to be forced to the only place it can go, which is up and out.
please people, don't be a victim...
