at the Latino Inaugural Gala, Shakira looked nothing short of amazing in a green mermaid gown with a sideways bow thing (that is a real technical fashion term, lol!).
her hair was blown out straight giving it a healthy shine, while her makeup (a soft smoky eye and light berry-colored lips) made her look radiant.
