summer beauty: MAC All About Orange

it's hard to think that there was a time in my life i wouldn't even consider wearing orange in any way, shape, or form. i guess the color, like red, just scared me.  what a baby...

that, of course, has changed. i've grown up and {thankfully} learned to take more risks.

orange {and red} is no longer off limits to me. in fact, it's found a very special place in my beauty-loving heart. i have everything from handbags and accessories to nail polish and glosses in various oranges; like any bold shade, it's all about finding the one that works best for you. i'm attracted to them  all, brights to pastels, and am even more thrilled with MAC's latest collection, All About Orange!

everything is gorgeous...i want the whole collection. even the grey shadows {why no orange palette is a bit strange, but it does work in contrast to the cheek and lip shades}; orange is an especially fabulous shade for any {and every} occasion this season...
