Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover is a great way to keep your cuticles at bay without having to cut them. i have cuticles that, if i let them go, need to be tamed. to use, i just apply to my cuticles, let sit for a few seconds and push them back. i wash my hands with a little soap and warm water, and voila! fabulous nails. after a few weeks of using it, i no longer need to have my cuticles cut.xo

This Sally Hansen cuticle remover is also a huge favorite of mine, and it's by far the favorite of the nail fanatics over at Makeup Alley! It really is a easy as Monique says, I rub it on my hands, wait 15 seconds or so (sometimes I rub my nails over particularly troublesome areas to remove more) and rinse!
Plus, it's easy to find and so cheap!
