skincare gem: Airelle Berrimatrix Eye & Lip Treatment

a good eye product is one thing i've come to appreciate more {and more} as i get older. sure, i have go-to products i use daily, and they work fabulously, but i recently started using a new treatment that not only works to keep the skin around my eyes looking youthful and smooth, but it's also for use around the lips and mouth, a place that can show age, too.

so what is this product, you ask? it's Airelle BERRIMATRIX Eye & Lip Treatment with Hyaluronic Acid.

this targeted treatment includes ingredients {including manuka honey, vitamins A, C, and E} to smooth and improve texture, a benefit i noticed quickly {really, after just a few uses}. in the short amount of time i've continued to use it since {a little more than 2 weeks}, i've noticed the skin around my eyes looking more smooth and hydrated and the fine lines have been reduced {yes, i do have fine lines…}. this antioxidant-rich serum also has proven to be a fabulous eye de-puffer.  though i don't wakeup with puffy eyes very often {sleeping on my back seems to help} it does happen on occasion. and as directed, i use it both morning and night.

beauty review: EYES by ToGoSpa {formerly Eyedews}

EYES by ToGoSpa {formerly known as Eyedews} have been pampering my eyes for the past couple of weeks and what treat they are! these at-home, spa-inspired gel treatment pads work by stimulating circulation and production of new, youthful skin cells. 

the pads, once applied, are activated by the body's temperature and are packed with a fabulous combination of natural, high-density marine collagen, enzymes, amino acids, natural marine minerals, trace elements, proteins and vitamins. all of these ingredients have worked quite well together, and leave my eyes looking more awake and youthful ~ love! 

other benefits i've noticed: the skin around my eyes look more relaxed, calm and moisturized; they also de-puff, reduce irritation, and leave my skin well-hydrated, so the appearance of dryness surrounding my eyes has been reduced {keeping fine lines away!}...

Lierac Dioptilisse & Diopticrème Eye Treatments

i was recently introduced to a couple of eye treatments from Lierac that work to not just fight off wrinkles and the signs of aging, but actually fight off puffiness and give tired eyes a bit of a lift. since i started using this a little over a month ago, my eyes look more awake, less i-only-slept-four-hours-last-night (a good thing, wouldn't you say?).

Dioptilisse Lifting Eye-Makeup Fixing Base is a gel formula that i love for its light texture. it contains an agent called fucogel that comforts the skin and extracts of hawaiian algae to help beautifully moisturize the skin. it gives eyes a lift and even smooths the area under the eye, keeping makeup in place and looking good!

Diopticrème Age-Defense Cream, the other eye treatment i've been using, works at fighting the signs of aging with ingredients like Prunus extract (to increase hydration and your skin's elasticity) and a concentration of the alchemilla, ivy and horsetail, that work together to diminish the look of wrinkles.
