review: 3Lab 'M' Cream

3Lab's "M" Cream came to me by way of Beautyfix, and i am in love with it! it uses advanced science along with natural ingredients, and promises to bring firmness, radiance and moisturization to parched skin.

let me tell you, it delivered!

not only uber-luxurious, this gel-cream hydrates fabulously and leaves my skin looking so fresh. it isn't greasy in the slightest and as soon as i use it, my skin perks up-- even on mornings that i had had little sleep, my skin still appears to look well-rested-- love that!

i must mention that "M" Cream has a lot of technical stuff going on, including ingredients called Nano-Claire GY, and CellTec Malus Domestica that work to firm skin and slow down the aging process, respectively. i won't get into it heavily, but 3Lab definitely has worked hard to create a product that actually does what it says it will do.

"M" Cream is amazing, amazing, amazing and absolutely makes my skin look fabulous (can you tell i am head over heels for this stuff?). this little wonder is splurge-worthy, but if you'd rather sample it before making the investment, you can try it for yourself at Barney's and Sak's or visit beautyfix.com to get a whole kit of goodies, including a sample of this, for around $50.

visit 3lab.com to learn more about "M" Cream.

review: Elizabeth Grant Biocollasis Gold Advanced Cellular Radiance

Elizabeth Grant Biocollasis Gold Advanced Cellular Radiance works to give skin a youthful luminosity while restoring and revitalizing it with its infusion of liquid gold (yes ladies and gents, real gold) and other natural extracts.

legend has it that queen Cleopatra's beauty secret for achieving her smooth, glowing, radiant skin was sleeping mask of pure gold, so needless to say, i feel a bit like royalty using this moisturizer.

i find this luxurious cream to be very moisturizing and pampering, like something that would be used in a high-end spa. with a light, refreshing texture, Cellular Radiance isn't greasy and absorbs quickly; it has a light pleasant scent and leaves my skin with a luminous finish. although it's a bit pricey, this is definitely a great product. i really appreciate that a little goes a long way--always a good thing in my book! my skin looks and feels fabulous after using it, and did i mention it makes me feel like royalty?

review: Bioelements Oil Control Sleepwear

finding products that control oil are always on my radar. you may already know that the one thing i use to gage how well a product works for me at night is seeing how oily my skin is (or isn't) the following morning (and if you didn't, now you do).

much to my surprise, i discovered that one of my favorite skincare brands, Bioelements, makes a night cream that not only moisturizes and treats skin with great ingredients, but also controls oil!

Oil Control Sleepwear is a unique anti-aging cream that combines calcium, time-released retinol, protein peptides and vitamin E. it somehow knows to moisturize while controlling oil production, so all i wake up with is beautiful, healthy-looking skin!

i love this stuff! it's incredible, really.

the first time i used it, i admit, i was skeptical, but clearly it proved me wrong. this formula is lightweight, smells wonderful and is so refreshing once it's on. there's no greasy or heavy feeling whatsoever, which is so important to me when it comes to facial creams, and i don't wake up oily!

Creme de La Mer: The Moisturizing Gel Cream

a couple of weeks ago, i reviewed the original Creme de la Mer. while my results were satisfactory, i have to say i love The Moisturizing Gel Cream formula so much more!

designed to be used in the warm weather months, the Gel Cream also works amazingly for oilier skin types. it's so cool and refreshing when i apply it to my face- i felt like my skin is so thankful for it!

the formula, that contains the special sea kelp found in the Original (combined with other natural ingredients like calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, lecithin, Vitamin C, E and B12), is ultra-lightweight, but my skin gets great hydration. the bonus? it has a citrus scent (wow, am i scoring big time lately with the citrus scents or what?)!

if you have oily skin, or you're looking for a great lightweight moisturizer, this is definitely an alternative to the original Creme de la Mer.

and if you're wondering: yes, it too comes in sample sizes for you to try!
